Canada News: 20-hour work cap all set abroad to return for International students from New Year

Ontario (Canada), Canada News: A new development that might disappoint many international students has been reported. From New Year 2024 onwards, International students won’t be able to work off campus for more than 20 hours a week as the pilot program comes to an end.

It is to be noted that in January 2023, Canada revised its work-per-week policy and announced a pilot program that temporarily lifted the 20-hour-per-week limit on the number of hours eligible postsecondary students can work off-campus while classes are in session.

Easy Immigration Process

This pilot program was implemented in November last year and will end on December 31, 2023. Canada has long been a popular location for people seeking higher education.
